Rent Sync subscriptions are paid by M-Pesa Send Money straight to our business number. There is no card form and no paybill to look up — it is a transfer to a phone number, and we confirm it by hand.
How much to send
Send the monthly amount for your band. If you have fewer than 5 units, message us first and we will price it for you.
- BasicKES 2,000/month
For landlords running 5–20 units.
- StandardKES 4,000/month
For portfolios of 21–50 units.

The name Safaricom shows you is the name on the receiving account, which is a personal M-Pesa name rather than a company name. That is expected.
- 1Open M-Pesa on your phone and dial *334#.
- 2Choose Send Money, then Send to New Recipient.
- 3Pick Phone Number as the recipient type.
- 4Enter 0790 325 943 as the number, then the amount for your plan.
- 5Type your M-Pesa PIN and confirm the payment.
- 6Come back to Rent Sync and enter the confirmation code from the SMS you just received.
Then tell us it went through
A Send Money transfer carries no reference we can read, so we cannot match it to your account on our own. Hand us the two things below and we will match it against our statement and switch you on.
- The confirmation code from your M-Pesa SMS (it looks like a long alphanumeric string)
- The email address you signed up to Rent Sync with
Sign in to Rent Sync and submit the code from your billing page. Your account unlocks as soon as we have confirmed the transfer. We switch your account on as soon as the payment shows on our side — usually within a few hours, and same day if you pay during business hours.
